I didnt receive adequate service because they were reluctant to look at my case apart from on the day of the hearings, leaving me having to defend myself in court against ruthless letting agents and landlords.

Useless. Although they present themselves as a firm that can help with tenant issues, they were reluctant to look at my case apart from on the day of the hearings, and made no reference to the other side about my rent repayment proposals which the idiots on the other side werent adhering to.

I cannot recommend my solicitor Elvana and her assistant highly enough. They made the entire spouse visa process so easy and stress free from start to finish. They handled everything for us, explained every step clearly, and was always there to answer any questions we had. After being apart, having my husband back in the UK meant everything to us, and thanks to there hard work, the process was much quicker and smoother than we ever expected. His visa was approved within six months, and he was finally back home with me. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for their clients, I would highly recommend her. Thank you so much for helping bring our family back together we’ll always be grateful.
