Visa Application and Process Guidance
Kriti was my solicitor throughout my Visa application process, she excellently guided me through the sometimes very complicated paperwork process as was the case of my application and she made sure I understood some of the more complicated moving parts involved with my particular application. She worked very hard and diligently to make my application a success, Kriti was also extremely personable, kind and pleasant to work with, I suspect I'll be contacting her again when I need to renew my visa.

I am an American who has lived without interruption in Buckinghamshire since 1981. As a consequence of the UK government changing the requirements for entry/residency for non UK nationals as of 1January 2025 I needed an eVisa to leave and return to the UK. My wife who is a UK citizen advised me to find a good law firm to help with the process and after some research I settled on Turpin&Miller who assigned Kriti Khadka to act on my behalf. A stroke of good fortune if ever there was one I will not dwell on the complexities of getting an eVisa other than to say that with out Kriti's help I suspect I would still be stuck in Home Office inefficiencies! On day one she outlined how she planned to tackle the problem, told me what information she would need from me(lots) and perhaps most importantly emphasised that the process could be slow and frustrating and that patience was a required virtue. I shall not go through a detailed description of how I finally got my visa other than to say that the longer the process went on the more I was glad that Kriti and her paralegal Alexander Satola were with me every step of the way. They are a great team ,fun to work with and perhaps most importantly really know their onions.
