A great service with a great lawyer

The legal support I got has completely changed my experience. I had another lawyer before from a different firm. Apart from hearing that Turpin & Miller is good, I never had a first-hand experience. As my previous experience with the other firm was negative, I was fearful of a similar situation happening, but what I saw was a completely different approach, proactive, kind and professional. Despite the distrust I have for the Home Office of doing things, I was certain I was in good hands. The fact I was able to see my lawyer to discuss my case and work on it, the attention given to details showed me the level of commitment that went into my individual case. Amelia was very supportive and kind throughout the whole process. I get efficient and timely replies for my requests. I was updated whenever there was a change or a communication from the home office, ensuring I was never left in the dark. I felt listened as I was asked on several occasions what I prefer to submit from the evidence I have. As much as the communication was professional, it was also filled with empathy and kindness. Her dedication and kindness restored my trust in the legal process and gave me hope at a time when I had almost lost it. She was exceptional, and the service I received was great!
