The way she dealt with every signal thing, down to the finest detail, explaining each and every process to me in regards of my options and building a trust with me within the first 2 minutes of our conversation. It made things a million times easier for me.
I can’t see it being a quality you get taught, it’s a natural trait she has thats worth it’s weight in gold in this profession.

Police Interview
I just want to say a huge thank you to you for helping me and guiding me through such a tough time, I've not been myself lately hence why I was in that situation I’ve been let down by loved ones, but seeing that someone like you that actually cared and wanted to help me made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I was worth something again, I’m not a criminal I’m just going through a rough time, and for you not to judge me that meant something, without your support and guidance I would have said all the wrong things in that police interview, they were harsh, but having to keep looking at you and you giving me that guidance and reassurance, l got through that, they say there is always is a guardian angel out there for you and you truly was mine, from bottom of my heart I wish you all the best and may all your dreams come true, you truly are amazing at your job.

Excellent service
Having contacted ZMS and with it being my first contact with a solicitor I was nervous and apprehensive. I was made to feel very at ease from the get go. I could contact them at my peril and they were always there to answer my questions via phone or email. I cannot thank them enough for their support and would strongly recommend them.

Excellent Sound Advice Great Service
