I hope Ellie realises just how good she is at her job. Ellie’s ability to make someone feel calm, comfortable and relaxed, in what would normally be a nightmare of a situation is priceless! If every one else she works with receives the same approach and help that she gave me today, then she deserves any award/accolade that exists! I honestly can’t thank Ellie enough for how she instantly got me out of my own head and calmed my nerves The way she dealt with every signal thing, down to the finest detail, explaining each and every process to me in regards of my options and building a trust with me within the first 2 minutes of our conversation. It made things a million times easier for me. I can’t see it being a quality you get taught, it’s a natural trait she has thats worth it’s weight in gold in this profession.
