I had an issue when I applied for passports for me and my daughter and the biometrics people made a mistake with giving us both the same reference number. Despite repeated attempts to get this rectified there was no helpful response from the home office for more than 1.5 years/ It was at this point that we sought help from OTB legal and Mark. Mark has a friendly and approachable attutude and gave us practical and realistic advice. He was quiet patient throughout the process and got our passports delivered in few weeks time. We are very thank ful and highly appreciative of his help and expertise.
