Having never been an executor of a will before I didn't know what to expect, but my solicitor Rachel Clarke was very helpful in guiding me through the process in a professional, friendly and kind manner.
She gave me clear and sensible advice and always kept me informed. Most of our communication was by email, but I was also able to speak to her directly if I had any queries. Rachel provided a first class service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to others.

Probate and dealing with Mother's Estate
After choosing Morgan and Richardson to deal with my mother's estate, the whole process was made clear to us from the beginning and was dealt with as quickly as was possible. The whole probate and house-sale process was smooth, professional and extremely straightforward. Fees were reasonable too. Rachel was friendly, highly professional and extremely efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Rachel is excellwnt
I cannot rate Rachel highly enough. The sale of my house ended up being incredibly drawn out and convoluted and Rachel was incredible throughout. She kept me informed at all times, was always clear in her messages and phone calls, and was fantastically tenacious - which was required to keep things moving! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rachel - she is an absolute professional and it was a pleasure working with her.

Preparation of Will and End of Life Wishes
I initially contacted Ian Harries to discuss the complex nature of my family circumstances as it related to the preparation of my final Will. After some time, and of course Ian's retirement, Rachel stepped in to take care of my situation and understood the complexity and delivered a talented and very appropriate solution which has now been executed with very little fuss. She took a friendly yet professional view of my needs and i am delighted to continue with asking her to carry on with other matters on going
