I have a particular expertise in inheritance/trust disputes and hold the ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitors) full Membership. These can be claims against estates, disputes between Executors/Trustees, estate administration issues and also breach of trust. In addition, I can also help you with contentious trusts outside of inheritance disputes, for example, in cases where an individual considers that they have an interest in a property not legally owned by them (Tolata and contentious trusts). I have been a litigator since 2009 and consider myself to be pragmatic, thorough and approachable, but also tenacious. I pride myself on building strong and lasting relationships with my clients, and I place a great deal of importance upon being a personable lawyer who you can quickly place your trust in.

    A phenomenal outcome.

    Without going into to much detail, after being let down by my previous solicitor as the last minute we spoke to Claire regarding a contested will. The entire matter was quite complex. However Claire could not have been more understanding. She was able to offer us great & sensible advice which ultimately lead to the claimant pulling out of the claim in what turned out to be an incredibly short amount of time. I felt at ease and confident every step of the way not only due to the advice we were receiving but also due to recieving regular updates on the matter. Genuinely cannot thank Claire enough for the work and effort she has put in and should I ever need another solicitor again for similar circumstances (hopefully not) then she will absolutely be my go to.

    Above and Beyond

    Claire helped me with a very tricky probate claim and went above and beyond to help me. She kept costs to a minimum and kept me informed when it was needed. When Claire moved firms she took my case with her even though it was a very difficult claim and saw it through to a successful end. I will always be grateful to her not only for the positive outcome but also for her warmth and empathy throughout the whole process. I wholeheartedly recommend her without hesitation.
