I have experience in a broad range of disputes, but have a particular interest in inheritance disputes. These can be claims against estates, disputes between Executors/Trustees, estate administration issues and also breach of trust. In addition, I can also help you with contentious trusts outside of inheritance disputes, for example, in cases where an individual considers that they have an interest in a property not legally owned by them. I also cover property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, insurance and contractual disputes. I have been a litigator since 2009 and consider myself to be pragmatic, thorough and approachable, but also tenacious. I pride myself on building strong and lasting relationships with my clients, and I place a great deal of importance upon being a personable lawyer who you can quickly place your trust in.

Challenging the results of my sister-in-law's will
Claire, Ella and Rachel supported me and my wife through difficult and trying circumstances. They handled the two 'opponents' whom we were challenging, with confidence and delicacy. The result we achieved was very much due to their expertise.

Brilliant
Like many people, I needed legal help during a very challenging time in my life. Claire, Ella and the team made this process as easy as possible, always giving me all the information, trying to limit the costs, and reassure me. They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable..I felt safe in their hands and they worked amazingly to get me a resolution when I had doubts there was one! Approachable, reassuring, indepth legal support
Claire took my issues seriously and made sure that I was represented in a very quick time frame. Claire listened to my concerns and needs and advised me appropriately. Balanced and considered advice
Claire helped me recently with a tricky case and was totally brilliant. She cut to the chase and saw the case for what it was.
It was a small claims case and so I was always mindful of escalating costs but Claire was utterly transparent throughout the process.
She gave me the confidence to go to court and WIN.

I recommend Claire for anything to do with 'Wills'.
I came to Wilsons; or more specifically Claire as I am in progress of dealing with a boring Will dispute.
Claire clearly has a wealth of experience in Will disputes. As well as demonstrating that she was a highly skilled and experienced solicitor, she dealt with the matter in a pragmatic and uses the common sense approach (not found with all solicitors!). Lastly and importantly, she has a good sense of humour. So all in all - a Buy!!
