We found Bethany to be clear and her advice accessible throughout the process. We also found that she responded promptly to emails and phone calls or requested that her colleagues acted on her behalf when necessary. She was calm and efficient in moving the house sale forward and very polite, friendly and approachable in her manner.

I would just like to take this opportunity to recommend the conveyancing service of Bethany at WGA to anyone who is buying or selling property. Bethany’s professionalism and efficiency and enthusiasm were second to none. The process was explained very clearly and all the work was completed quickly and without fuss. I had an immediate response to all my queries and never once felt that you had to attend to more pressing matters than mine! Wills, Trusts, Probate and Conveyancing
My experience was a bit fustrating and long winded due to my aunt leaving money to charities. not WGA fault, And registering a lasting power of attorney with the courts taking their time.
I wish a special thanks to Diane Hewitt for her legal advice and help when my aunt first went into a home and we had to sell her bunglow. Approx. start date 6/05/2021 till 16/10/2023

The house buying process was made much easier by our conveyor, who explained not just the process, but who worked through the process with us listening to our queries and concerns throughout. She dealt with us in a professional manner whilst maintaining a down to earth approach. Would definitely use the company again but especially our conveyor.

I was helping with my sons sale of his property , as he was living in Australia, Bethany was amazing and copied me into emails ( with my sons permission) and we liaised a lot of the time, Bethany went above and beyond with her help especially as my son was working away so much.. With the difficulties of the current climate there were a couple of start and stop sales due to buyers unable to sell… I We cannot thank her and her team enough for her support help advice and patience with this conveyance, it was very sad she was on annual leave at the vital time of exchange and completion as she had taken us through so much, however she left our case in very competent hands of Her colleagues Cheri and louise who finalised everything wonderfully. I have used your company for conveying our sale a few years ago which was excellent,Hence recommended to My son and would highly recommend to anyone again ,absolutely marvellous.
