As part of the Dispute Resolution team, Lucy provides support across a broad range of commercial litigation matters. Her work includes assisting with business disputes, contractual issues, debt recovery, professional negligence claims and other contentious matters where clients require pragmatic advice and robust representation. Lucy has extensive experience in drafting court documents, preparing correspondence and supporting clients throughout the litigation process. She is also experienced in assisting on complex matters, including construction arbitration, where a procedural understanding and a strategic approach are essential. Lucy works closely with colleagues across the wider DTM Legal team to help clients resolve disputes efficiently and commercially. Whether a matter can be resolved through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution or formal proceedings, Lucy focuses on helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions at each stage. Lucy is committed to providing an outstanding level of service to every client she works with. She understands that disputes can be stressful, time-consuming and disruptive, particularly when they affect a business or an individual’s wider commercial interests. Outside of work, Lucy will likely be spending her time cooking, doing Pilates or travelling to new countries.
