I had a personally shocking and very real issue and was quickly recommended to Tom.

He was quick to respond and understood, appraised and summarised every element of the situation right from the off and throughout.

His advice was clear on what I could and could not do and expect at every stage. He provided clear options and next steps each time, and assisted with understanding some not-so-clear dealings with other services involved. All of these factors were reflected in the dealings with the other side.

Tom’s diligence, pragmatism and excellent communications with all parties has led to an outcome much better than I could have imagined at the outset. I am very thankful, and I would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Emily and Kate have both been fantastic!! I have sold 3 properties and purchased 1 with them across 2023 and 2024 and every transaction has run smooth! Their attention to detail and enthusiasm to move cases forward in a efficient manner is unbeatable.
