I have been selling off the family business of rental properties after the death of a joint owner and have used the services of several legal firms, simply because the time taken for conveyancing was taking longer and longer - at least six months to complete straightforward sales. When I was referred to DTM Legal and introduced to Kate, the difference was astonishing. She was efficient, responded to my emails the same day, dealt with the buyer equally quickly and the whole sale was wrapped up super fast. I can highly recommend her speed and efficiency, also she has been cheerful throughout

Emily and Kate have both been fantastic!! I have sold 3 properties and purchased 1 with them across 2023 and 2024 and every transaction has run smooth! Their attention to detail and enthusiasm to move cases forward in a efficient manner is unbeatable.
