    Sale and Purchase

    A professional and efficient service from a helpful team enabled me to sell my house in Liverpool and purchase a flat in a retirement community in Sheffield. Despite a slight delay due to changes in my personal circumstances and some anxiety, I always felt confident in the process although at times I was unsure who was dealing with my case as a number of different people were involved.     Great experience with DTM Legal when buying and selling. They worked quickly to complete my purchase within six weeks. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was a couple of unnecessary or incorrect charges on my completion statement, which I had to flag myself. Otherwise, communication was great - special thanks to Michele, Jamie Lea, and Casey for their excellent service.
