It has been our pleasure dealing with Zohaib on our first asset purchase which was very time pressured. Zohaib advised us professionally and quickly and we managed to complete within the time required. Throughout the whole process, Zohaib regularly updated us and thoroughly examined the documents advising us accordingly. We are extremely happy with the service provided and will not hesitate to instruct again in future.

I have experience of Napthens as both a professional services firm , working alongside Napthens on corporate restructuring projects, as well as first hand as a client (as they advised on our own corporate holdings company structure). I find Napthens to be hugely knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Both qualities are hugely important in our fast paced professional services world. In particular I have worked closely with Richard Robinson and Charlotte Walsh, and would highly recommend the services of both.
