We have engaged Brabners on a few medium to large scale projects and in my view, they are right up there with the very best. They have a commercial approach, they have a granular approach to detail and above all, they keep you informed. I'll be using them again without doubt.
I've worked with many lawyers over the years in many different capacities, but mostly as a founder of a business. The unique challenges that face small businesses and startups are plentiful. Sometimes, a quick solution is needed, other time, it's for a legal opinion. Out of the many many many lawyers I have worked with, Brabners is the first that has ticked all the boxes. Professional, Incredibly quick, friendly, thorough and cost effective. If you are specifically a founder, or working in a startup. Then in my experience, you will be very well looked after at Brabners. p.s. I never thought I would ever leave a review about a legal service, but this just goes to show how pleased I have been, with Brabners to date.

They failed to issue and file with the Court a valid Claim 3 consecutive times. This ended in a strike out hearing where the defendants won £2300 in a wasted costs order. Clearly Brabners fault - but they lumbered the Client with the wasted costs order bill. They reneged on deals and have little regard. This is a bonus led firm, their solicitors have targets to hit for income so if you are unlucky enough to be a client then be aware of potential padding of the bill so they reach their target. They also failed to get ATE insurance at the start, or ever.
Could not get any information about its client's financial readiness to exchange. Utterly demoralising experience, this firm has no regard for others in the chain. Silence for weeks on end then just get 'not ready' repeatedy. Firms like this turn a difficult process for a home buyer into a nightmare. Never ever would I deal with this firm again, it's standards are a disgrace . Top 500? what a joke.
