Worst experience at claim time solicitors
From my experience at claim time solicitors, there is little to no knowledge at the entire firm. The lack of concern and urgency is very worrying. they not only misguided me by advertising online they would not be charging anything for any client cases but then I was hit with 40% fees. I have no issue with paying for services however when I pay for any services I want to at least know they will do a good job or at least give there 100% which claim time solicitors did not seem to care at all about how my case is handled. They did not take any of my words words seriously and seemed to just take the entire case as a joke.

Having never been through personal injury solicitors before, I was guided and told everything I needed to know about my claim ! They have good service, a very friendly approach as well as keeping professional. Yousuf Iqbal was my representative, who really helped me and was there to take my call whenever I had an enquiry, as well as calling me regularly to keep me updated. Claim time overall is a very professional company, who have helped me a lot, Mr khan has especially helpful and welcoming.
