Nope, this is as real as it gets.
“Must be under the influence writing this?”
Only under the influence of sheer relief and happiness after my case was dismissed earlier this week!
Let me walk you through my story. In December 2023, I was arrested for a serious driving and felt certain I’d lose my license for at least 12 months. As a business owner, the thought of losing my license made me question how I could even function. I was ready to throw in the towel and accept my fate. With evidence piling up (or so I thought), I didn’t see a way out.
Fast forward to December 2024: case dismissed, charges dropped!
This outcome is entirely thanks to the powerhouse that is Kenway Miller—three A-players who worked together like the Avengers of legal defence: Hilary, Matthew, and Mr. Lucas. Here’s why you need them on your side:

From the moment I spoke to Hilary, I knew I’d found the right people. I could not recoment Hilary Kenway and Mathew Miller Highly Enough. They know there stuff and have the best barristers available to fight the case.
On first merits its hard to imagine wining a case if you have blown over the limit, surely its a forgon conclusion, however this firm specialise in "Technical defenses" or "loopholes". Given around over 90% of people plead guilt, the police often do not fill in the correct forms or even turn up for court.
The first case i won took my barrister about 12 minutes to win the case as the prosicution police did not turn up. The next case was thrown out as was the last. Hilary is amazing and there contact list is first class. It might sound expensive to be spending £15k-£20k per case but cheaper than retaining a driver for a yes if you decide to plead guilty
