Rude and don't listen

Just spoke to the Head of New Customers Ms Marichen
Rude, inconsiderate regarding my dead mother, did not listen to a single word & refused to admit she was wrong.
HOW COULD YOU TRUST THEM TO CROSS THE ROAD NEVER MIND ACT ON YOUR BEHALF - SAVE MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE
