I cannot recommend Duncan & McConnell Solicitors highly enough. Doug McConnell has represented me across multiple cases since I was 16 years old. Even though I hadn’t required any legal services for 10 years, I called him a month ago regarding a new situation and he remembered me instantly. When my legal aid was unfortunately denied, Doug still stepped up to look after me because of our long history together, and they actually represented me completely for free. Doug represented me at the first hearing. Erin Miller took over to represent me today, and she was absolutely amazing. She called me before court to double-check every detail and completely reassure me. She then handled my pleading with a great outcome and emailed me the result immediately after. To represent me for free when I was stuck shows a level of loyalty and genuine care that is incredibly rare. The whole team are highly professional, well-mannered, and truly dedicated. I would quite literally never use another solicitor.

We are so pleased with Dundee Solicitor, Duncan and mcconnell. Douglas represented me regarding a false alligation made by my neighbour. Ultimately we got the outcome we had been hoping for. He was very helpful from start to finish.. Wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommend this great company. We are so grateful for this outcome after such a long and stressful year. Writing this review on behalf of a friend. David and Callum at Duncan & McConnell Solicitors were professional, discreet, and extremely supportive throughout a very stressful situation. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and the matter was handled with care and expertise from start to finish. This was a case that could have been detrimental to my friend’s job and could easily have been dragged out through the courts. From my fist phone call I was met with a lovely receptionist who put me at ease straight away. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to speak directly to a solicitor and found the whole experience very easy . Mr McConnell was very easy to talk to and understanding in regards to my situation. He guided me through the whole process and when meeting in person I was made to feel at easy and my nerves soon disappeared. After a few coming and going’s over a few months he managed to have my case dropped completely. I cannot recommend Duncan and McConnell highly enough.
