I cannot recommend Duncan & McConnell Solicitors highly enough. Doug McConnell has represented me across multiple cases since I was 16 years old. Even though I hadn’t required any legal services for 10 years, I called him a month ago regarding a new situation and he remembered me instantly. When my legal aid was unfortunately denied, Doug still stepped up to look after me because of our long history together, and they actually represented me completely for free. Doug represented me at the first hearing. Erin Miller took over to represent me today, and she was absolutely amazing. She called me before court to double-check every detail and completely reassure me. She then handled my pleading with a great outcome and emailed me the result immediately after. To represent me for free when I was stuck shows a level of loyalty and genuine care that is incredibly rare. The whole team are highly professional, well-mannered, and truly dedicated. I would quite literally never use another solicitor.
