We required legal support earlier this year for a matter for our child and didn't know where to start. Following some online research it was clear that Duncan & McConnell Solicitors have a wealth of experience in youth justice matters and are highly regarded in this field. From the first phone call to the office we felt reassured that we were going to be supported through the process. In our conversations with Mr McConnell we found him to be calm, reassuring, knowledgeable and supportive. There was a sense of relief following any communications with Mr McConnell as we felt that we were being expertly guided and supported through the next stages, which really helped to provide comfort at an incredibly worrying and uncertain time. Due to overlapping court commitments it was necessary for Mr McConnell to pass our case over to Ms Miller. Although we were nervous at first about the change in representation at such a late stage, we were extremely happy with how Ms Miller built a rapport with our child, made them feel at ease, and made sure they understood the process and their role in it, and looked after their best interests in the moment. We were relieved and happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to contact Douglas and Erin in future should we require legal representation again.

We are so pleased with Dundee Solicitor, Duncan and mcconnell. Douglas represented me regarding a false alligation made by my neighbour. Ultimately we got the outcome we had been hoping for. He was very helpful from start to finish.. Wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommend this great company. We are so grateful for this outcome after such a long and stressful year. We hope we never fall victim of such nastiness from anyone ever again. Legal fees were reasonable, will definitely use them again if required.

From my fist phone call I was met with a lovely receptionist who put me at ease straight away. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to speak directly to a solicitor and found the whole experience very easy . Mr McConnell was very easy to talk to and understanding in regards to my situation. He guided me through the whole process and when meeting in person I was made to feel at easy and my nerves soon disappeared.
