We had a non fault accident over 9 months ago, apparently - the other insurers did not reply to any correspondence so my claim has to go through the small claims court?? 9 weeks ago ageas said a claims handler will be in touch to let me know what happens next, no contact from anyone from ageas?
No idea what’s happening, 5 emails gone unanswered, can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I honestly wish I would have read reviews at the start of the claim, I would have instructed my insurance to proceed with a different law firm, as the level of service we have received from ageas is nothing short of appalling, disrespectful and rude. I am making an official complaint.
If you are at the start of your journey with ageas, please ask your insurance (probably Tesco) to change you to a different law firm, or find your own and let them know.
