Will not fight my claim

I was hit from behind by a car NO fault of mine. But other insurance company pushed for 50/50 after 11 months told I would have to accept!!! Is the solicitors suppose to get to the true. Well Ageas Law Llp don't.

Awful service.

Awful service, don’t respond to emails, rarely answer the phone, sometimes just cuts off. Had to raise a complaint with Financial Ombudsman.

Worst of the worst

14 months on I'm no closer to sorting out my claim. My claim is sitting on some managers desk for 3/4 months at a time. Negligence or incompetence who knows. Just stay away from Ageas law they're as much use as a limp in a brothel

DO NOT USE THIS LOT AT ANY COST

We were refered to Ageas by our car insurers Tesco to persue a personal injury claim and the following was out experience and aparently that of many others
The portal they set up for you to manage your claim is difficult to navigate and is the only way you are able to provide the information they require which results in delays which you can do nothing about.
There is no way you can contact them the phone number they provide is mostly unmanned and if you should get an answer they tell you someone will get back to you but they never do.
E mails go unread.
We were offered Physio appointments which were a joke also the Doctor who they arranged to do our Medical report was unbelievably unprofessional and actually took 4 Minutes to conduct his appraisal no physical examination given.
The other insurers accepted responsibility immediately and agreed a settlement payment which we agreed to.
We waited months for the payment to be made to us
If you are refered by Tesco refuse and get your own no win no fee solicitors

AGEAS Law Disgusting Service

They never repose to emails and hardly ever answer the phone and even if they do and your lucky enough to speak to someone, you are quickly told that nothing has happened since you last spoke to someone and that could of been a month ago, they are slow and slack and the solicitors do not care how long it all takes and the stress it causes the customer…AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely appalled at the service

We had a non fault accident over 9 months ago, apparently - the other insurers did not reply to any correspondence so my claim has to go through the small claims court?? 9 weeks ago ageas said a claims handler will be in touch to let me know what happens next, no contact from anyone from ageas?

No idea what’s happening, 5 emails gone unanswered, can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I honestly wish I would have read reviews at the start of the claim, I would have instructed my insurance to proceed with a different law firm, as the level of service we have received from ageas is nothing short of appalling, disrespectful and rude. I am making an official complaint.

If you are at the start of your journey with ageas, please ask your insurance (probably Tesco) to change you to a different law firm, or find your own and let them know.

Poor communication.

Car accident in July, still waiting on funds to be transferred to bank.
I was told this would be 6-8 weeks once settlement agreed, still waiting.
Poor communication when attempting to contact to anybody via telephone, staff suggest I use the portal, the portal is not user friendly and not helpful to my questions.
I sent 6 emails and not one reply.
They don’t even have bank account details so how would money be transferred?!
If your insurance company uses them for an accident claim I would ask to be directed to a different one, this has caused myself no end of stress.

Awful ……..claim I think has just been filed away

Over 12 months and my wife has still not received any private treatment to help her in her recovery but within 2 months offered her a £2800 pay out minus their 25% of course so she immediately declined and has received minimal emails or calls since.This company values your injuries before you are recovered in order for them to get a quick pay out ………once valued irrespective of how long you take to recover they have already set a payout value.

This firm are absolutely awful.
They never respond to anything. You could almost state they are negligence towards there clients. I certainly wouldn't recommend this law firm to anybody.i gave 1 star only because there is no option to give 0.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

After dealing with Ageas Law for over a year for a personal injury claim following a car crash I have to say they are the WoRST company I have ever had to communicate with. I agree with all the previous reviews. No response to emails... different person taking a call each time. Depending on who you speak to depends on the update. No progress to my claim despite 18 months passing. Rude, unhelpful, clueless.
