Contacting me 3 years after an accident for payment for losses they failed to recover from the 3rd party following a no fault collision. They are harassing, bullies trying to make money from their own poor conduct.
More than 2 years after a car accident which i was injured in, ar no fault of my own, they say there is no case. Three doctors and a physiotherapist confirmed my injury. Ageas Law / New Law are not competent and have no desire to win your case. They simply can't be bothered.
Extremely Poor Service - Ageas Law LLP **Timeline of Incompetence:** Accident occurred in March 2022 Over 3 years later, my claim is still unresolved Multiple case managers assigned with poor handover of information Repeated requests for the same documentation that has already been provided **Specific Issues:** **Delays and Poor Communication:** Significant delays in getting physiotherapy treatment approved and arranged through Premex Medical report took months to arrive back to Ageas Law LLP due to issues with the examiner's office Required multiple chases between September 2022 and January 2023 for basic progress Frequent periods of no communication or updates **Repeated Requests for Information:** Case manager repeatedly asking for profit and loss accounts that were already provided on 23rd June 2025 Being asked for photographs of injuries over 3 years after the accident, when comprehensive medical and dental reports were already completed Staff appear to have no record of previously submitted documentation **Lack of Case Management:** No clear timeline provided for when negotiations might begin Other party admitted liability from the outset, yet case drags on unnecessarily Simple calculations (weekly earnings for self-employed person) handled incompetently **Customer Care:** Dismissive attitude towards legitimate concerns about delays No proactive communication about case progress Failure to maintain proper case records **Impact:** This prolonged process has caused significant additional stress and anxiety. What should have been a straightforward claim with admitted liability has become an ordeal lasting over 3 years with no end in sight. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Ageas Law LLP to look elsewhere. Their handling of personal injury claims is unprofessional, inefficient, and shows a complete lack of respect for their clients' time and wellbeing. Over four years and still no settlement, official complaint made and this company can't find it. Extreme lack of contact, no update and no plan of action. Lost the evidence I sent them, then used the wrong car registration of the offending vehicle. Very poor customer service, in fact I do not believe they know what they are doing. Hopefully it will not be another four years to settlement.
This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! My claim has been on going since Feb 2024 and they STILL haven’t done anything: promise after promise they give but nothing materialises . They will tell you they have done X Y and Z yet won’t of and the next person will tell you different, they don’t email back, they hardly answer and they never do what they say they will or what they are legally obliged too. I have now gone to the ombudsman as this is a joke like them. They release details without consent which is a GDPR breach. I have been waiting since Jan for a complaints manager to ring me within the 14 working days…it’s now nearly the end of march. Avoid avoid avoid!! More trouble then it’s worth

Disgusting experience claim have been on going for nearly 2 years. Every single i call for updates I am told the case handler will call back but they never do. I get no response to email. Seriously considering changing insurance company due to this
