I was recently informed by a lawyer, that your law have only 3 people registered with the law society, only one is a solicitor. The main individual ( operations manager) fancy name, character is Like DAVID BRENT from the office series. The one solicitor is Johnathan Unsworth. Drop the s and add a y you now hsve UNWORTHY, more appropriate. In 3 years and 8 painful months with these circus operators, missed NHS negligence deadline to motion this, missed viral medical evidence they should of obtained at start of claim, no, I had to in person collect this information 3 years 8 months after claim started. They do not read emails, they certainly do not like to use a telephone, perhaps keeping costs down, your file will sit on a shelf with no one looking at it as they have no staff. There a CALL CENTRE, using one freelance solicitor. There phantom London offices were taking down from google, probally exposed as fake. They wanted to appear like their nationwide company. They lost so much information. When I finally was given a claim handler, I expressed my disgust at the incompetence, when I asked simple questions he said ' I have other claimants I can not go through 100s pages of medical info. When I finally had enough as they are simple accident solicitors, it went outside there limited area of law to complex areas the reply was ' we are not qualified to operate with how your claim has become, work with us. I had heart attack by London Transport Bus, I had stents and my heart is damaged. The scans from the anagram were never obtained after months from the cardiologist meeting, he asked your law to get the scans, they never did. Now I have no neglegence claim. The other part of the claim they destroyed. When I made formal conplaint after 3 years and 9 months, they started to round the wagons, making me look like the problem, they were in deep up to their neck in negligence so they discontinued the claim that I caused this. A well known solucitor told me if he was given pound overtime he heard your law he he rich man. Once they stop the claim you will receive ridiculous inflated working costs mine was 17,000. you see once they destroyed your claim you are liable for their costs, this is how they make their money. They dont give hoot about your claim. Look at all reviews on google, trusted pilot, there a wrecking machine. If your reading this you have been SAVED. absolute disgrace. How they can trade is beyond me. But there face thete time in court in due course.
