Brilliant Service
Very pleased with the sale and purchase of my properties. I was very fortunate to have Julie as the professional I was directly in contact with throughout the whole process. She replied to my emails within 24 hours of receiving them, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use Palmers again if Julie was the person to handle the matter.

Very disappointed at their inflexibility
Refused to pay out a legacy from an estate as a bank transfer, insisting it be done by cheque. I explained my vulnerable health condition, with regard to the ongoing pandemic risk, and desire not to have to go to a bank in person to deposit the cheque. They refused my request giving the strange reason that they had paid the other beneficiaries by cheque and so I had to have the same. They clearly do not understand the concerns vulnerable people have with Covid or simply just do not care.

The worst, most stressful experience with a solicitor ever, that bad I will be making an official complaint about my treatment and experience with one of their employees, someone from the auction house advised us to use them, by far the worst advice I have Ever received. My advice is , don’t make my mistake and use them.
