I recently attended their new office in the Rufus center at flitwick, I met a girl at the door leading to their office she didn't ask me in but made me wait at this door which was in a public area by the building staircase, she was polite and asked me what my business was about, then took my name and telephone number also my mother's name,as she was the client regarding an Lasting Power of Attorney, she assured me that she would pass on my details to the relevant person, I was looking for a timely response but after nearly 2 weeks heard nothing? You expect a solicitor who deals with important paperwork to not loose or disregard a request? I didn't bother to call to find out what had gone wrong, I just moved on and took my important business elsewhere! I don't expect to have to chase a solicitor! I expect professionalism.
