We recently completed on our shared ownership purchase. Kathryn from THP was our solicitor that dealt with our case from start to finish. She was fantastic, can't fault her at all. She was so responsive to our emails, kept us up to date throughout the process and always there to help. I would recommend THP and Kathryn to anyone requiring their services.

Have not required services of a domestic property solicitor for over 20 years, so not really sure what to expect. I needn't have had any concerns. I was delighted with the experience of selling my house. I mainly dealt with Jessica Blackwell who is a very competent trainee and felt secure in the knowledge that in the background, Denise Stradling was available to deal with any unexpected problems. All telephone calls / emails were dealt with promptly and the whole process of selling a multimillion pound house toot 5 weeks from offer to exchange of contracts! Credit also to the front of house team, who made sure that any messages were passed on promptly and dealt with as required. The charges were very competitive, and I would not hesitate to use them again if required

I recently used Sarah Imrie at THP for a sale and purchase. It was at the time the market was crazy busy with the stamp duty holiday and things taking much longer than usual and certain things being out of our control. Sarah kept on top of all matters, reporting back and often calling out of hours to keep me updated as it’s very difficult for me to take calls in the day due to my work. When things became very quite difficult, she stuck at it and refused to give in. I’m very happy to say we are now in our dream home and I’m very grateful for Sarah’s experience, determination and support, thank you!

We have used THP for several things recently, they are very helpful and friendly and give advice when they think you can do something yourself rather than buying a service - don't hesitate to recommend
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Emily. With her help we've sold multiple properties - not the easiest of transactions to deal with but she was fantastic throughout. Continued to follow-up with the buyers solicitors regularly and kept me updated on progress.

I had the absolute pleasure of using THP for a complex divorce following a recommendation. I can honestly say working with Julia Drury and Sophie was incredible. I can’t put in to words how understanding, supportive, effective and efficient she was. The pace Julia operated at and the commitment she showed, even staying in the office until 6:30pm on a Friday to give me the good news everything was completed in record time was brilliant. You hear so many horror stories, but I can 100% say that this experience was FIRST CLASS.

In a conveyancing matter I was acting as the Surveyor/agent for the buyer and Rachel Gaylor of THP was acting for the buyer in the conveyancing process. Rachel completed the purchase in less than 2 weeks, this was, in large part, due to Rachel and the sellers solicitor working in a most professionally yet collaboratively together in a way that benefited both parties. I have been in practice over 40 years, I sadly see a lot a lawyers who in this time would not have even made contact with the lawyer on the other side yet alone completed the matter. I have worked with Rachel and THP for nearly 20 years, they are always professional and I am pleased to recommend the firm.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to Denise for everything you did regarding our house purchase. You made everything so easy for us, and any questions we had (being first time buyers we had a few!) you answered in great time, most the time the same day, and considering how busy you must be is amazing, and you were happy to explain everything in a way we would understand. Also most the questions we had of the documents from the sellers solicitors, you had already got answers for us for them as you were proactive in asking those questions. We had a terrible experience with another solicitor when buying a house purchase that fell through (would never reply, had to chase for everything, almost felt like I was the solicitor in the end!), and you were just the complete opposite. We had complete confidence that everything would go well with no stone unturned and completely confident that everything legally for the house purchase would be done correctly. Also the quote was competitive for the work, and we were very happy with the service. Any friends who are buying/selling a house, I will always recommend you and THP solicitors!

The service we received from Denise Stradling, at THP was first class from start to finish! We had a rollercoaster of a journey over 12 months, with chains collapsing and things not going our way. I know solicitors often have a reputation of not communicating but DS always called us back within a couple of hours to answer my (often stupid) questions. She helped us understand the process and gave great advice throughout the journey. THP were fully committed in helping us achieve our deadline and really helped us to get into our dream home.
