I was really pleased with the service I received from Simran and Harbrinder throughout the sale of my cottage. Simran was my solicitor and Harbrinder supported as the paralegal, and both were incredibly helpful throughout the process. There were a few issues and queries that needed resolving, particularly as we got closer to completion, and I really appreciated how responsive they were and how they worked to get everything sorted and keep the sale moving. Communication was excellent. I always felt able to ask questions or check something I wasn't sure about, and they took the time to respond and explain things clearly. I particularly appreciated this during the final stages when there were a number of things that needed sorting quite quickly. Selling the cottage was quite a stressful process for me personally, and having Simran and Harbrinder being so approachable, supportive and efficient genuinely made a difference. I have used Charles Coleman, for many years, and always found them to be extremely professional, with the ability of seeing them when needed, i set them a target to achieve and they met with the deadlines, working for exchange and completion, whereas, other solicitors in the process, were online conveyancing and you might get it cheaper but you dont get the level of service, and accessibility in professional service.
