Rosewood Solicitors Limited, It didn’t take me time to make my mind up to have Rosewood Solicitors represent me. From the first phone call to finding me A barrister to my last phone Rosewood Solicitors were very professional They found and arranged an outstanding barrister to represent me. In summary you could not expect anything more from A team backing you up.

I used Rosewood to help me represent myself in court for a speeding offence I did not commit. They gave great advice and assisted me with the process in court and how to write a plea letter. I am very happy with the service.

I found Gemma really helpful and empathetic - that was the key part. While the fees were more expensive than i thought they would be i didnt feel as though Gemma was hassling me at any point in chasing the fees.
Gemma was professional and supportive all the way - a good blend and she listened well and was able to give me a good lay of the land which was obviously a new experience for me.

Dev and his team gave me all the support I needed when I needed it.
They responded quickly to my many questions and were straightforward, direct and honest about all possible outcomes. I never once felt uncomfortable with anyone at the firm and always felt that I mattered to them. Video conferences were always arranged at times that suited me and I was given a wide choice of excellent Counsels for court representation.
I cannot speak highly enough of their professional yet family friendly approach and would not hesitate to engage them again were that ever necessary.

The solicitor assigned to me was on my level, not patronising, really smart and gave me some home truths I didn't know that made me really sit up and think. I got respect start to finish and the respondence I got after was very honest to police proceedings going forward

I used Rosewood Solicitors to repersent me for my case, I am not happy with the service or advice they gave me. I was ill advised to start with, and I was not informed of any update or changes in regards to my caee. In fact when I rang the solicitor firm, they gave me the wrong bail dates, so I had to ring Surrey Police to comfirm, only to be told the case was thrown out and I should have recieved an update via the solicitors.. this was not the case. I suffer from anxiety and the lack of interaction I had from my own solictors was simply non present. I actually rang Rosewood and updated them myself in regards to my own case, on which they still had no update in thier words from the police, when this was not the case as the Police confirmed the solicitors had been notified. Very unprofessional, will not be using ever again.
