I Never judged a book by it cover is first thing I was told

What can I say except Amazing i had a fantastic team helping me I was expecting a laid back solicitor representing me due to be on legal aid but oh my g*d i was treated like I was paying full the team always kept me in the loop always listened to my side and never once judged me
Everytime we spoke they were so supportive and if I ever i didn't understand something they didnt hesitate to explain to me in a way I could understand.
I was petrified of going to court but Gregg was there with me everytime with his words of support and wisdom to help calm my nerves.
My case was difficult and different due to my personal circumstances but I was never judged by rosewood and even tho the offence was serious i always treated with respect and understanding that they dont judge a book by its cover as there is always 2 sides to every case and that was told to me from the very start when I was in the police station and met with Mr Patel for the first time.
All I can say is all the people that I dealt with are an amazing, kind, caring, and knowledgeable people that gave me so much of there time to help me and give me peace of mind.
I cannot thank you all enough for everything you have done for me.

It's difficult to express how grateful I am to Sara for the outstanding service she provided.

The outcome of the case was far better than I could reasonably have hoped for and this is entirely due to Sara's great skill and dedication.

I was extremely impressed by Sara's approach. She showed great professionalism, knowledge and legal instinct throughout but did so in such a friendly and supportive way that I always felt that she understood the emotional impact the case placed on me and my family.

I would highly recommend Sara and anyone who requires legal representation would do well to have Sara fighting their corner for them.

Even though no one likes to have to deal with court proceedings, this legal firm made me feel my more comfortable about having to go through them, they gave me a clear understanding of what was going on and what was to happen and kept me up to date with any changes or orders made as soon as they possibly could. Whilst being very professional, they were super friendly and wasn’t patronising at all. The advice given was very sensible and I would absolutely use them again if I ever needed to.

I was very impressed with the lawyer called by the Police to attend and advise me of forthcoming procedures. He asked me straight questions to which I answered as clearly and honestly as possible. He gave me swift and helpful advice. will offer defence at a price then as soon as you take the option of using them will jack the price up with no explanation very unprofessional terrible company would give zero stars if possible. scam artists how they are allowed to practice law is ridiculous.

I was arrested on a charge of abh after I called 999 following repeated intimidation from a neighbour. The same neighbour threatened me with a knife 10months ago on my doorstep,I called 999 and he was arrested but nfa was taken. I hadn't committed the offence,and was in complete turmoil. I'm a cptsd sufferer and self harmed in custody. I was appointed a brief from rosewood. At first I thought they had my best interests at heart. But since then it seems that the brief is pro police,and I'm not being treated like I'm a victim of Wrongful arrest,and a victim of crime. Since this arrest I've been on a downward spiral,I've emailed them multiple times and had no response. I got 1 email from a PC that was full of contradiction and misrepresentation. Its the polices job to investigate crime not the victim. Despite suffering in custody I could of defended myself with out a brief. The subsequent fall-out of this case is life changing. If this is common law practice I'd suggest that using a duty brief is detrimental and advise anyone to either act alone or wait until you find a brief that can actually accommodate your needs. I was and still am vulnerable and was easily manipulated given the circumstances. I was grateful at first but now I'm totally alone and truly wished I'd used another practice. I've suffered one huge panic attack since. I needed empathy and got punished. I'm sad to write this review.
