Your questions, answered
Who can leave a review?
Anyone who has been a genuine client of a law firm can leave a review.
Reviews are verified, and reviews found to come from non-clients are suspended and removed.
Is ReviewSolicitors free to use?
Yes. Reading reviews, comparing firms and leaving your own review are all
completely free.
What do the ratings mean?
Every firm is rated by its own clients on Value for Money, Success Rate
and Would Recommend. Those combine into the overall star score shown on each profile.
Can a law firm remove my review?
No. Firms can respond to a review but can never delete one. We only remove
reviews that breach our review guidelines.
Why does a firm with no reviews appear on the platform?
Every regulated firm in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland has a
profile, whether or not it has collected reviews yet — so you see the whole market.
