Yes, almost certainly. Profiles are created for every law firm in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, correlated directly with the SRA register. Firms with no reviews still display a profile.
How do firms collect reviews?
Firms collect reviews through case management integration, manual requests and mid-case feedback, using approved invitation templates.
What happens if we receive a defamatory or non-client review?
Reviews found to be non-client, defamatory or irrelevant are suspended and removed through our moderation process, and firms can report reviews for us to review.
Can we respond to reviews?
Yes. Firms can respond publicly to any review — though reviews can never be deleted.
How do regulators view client reviews?
We work directly with the SRA and law societies; verified client reviews support transparency across the legal market.
