I approached Pardeep Bancil at Austen Jones Solicitors for help with probate matters and have just had my will drafted by her. Throughout, I have found her to be very efficient and thorough but also kind and thoughtful with her clear and sensible advice. I have never been left waiting for a response, or a request for help. She has made a difficult time so much smoother than it otherwise might have been.

We used Pardeep recently to draft mirror wills. We were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and efficiency. Due to our personal circumstances, we needed the wills drafted quickly and Pardeep exceeded our expectations on the speed of providing us with the draft wills. Austen Jones provided us with a very poor service. In short, we were given incorrect information regarding the timelines to obtain search results, overall progress was slow & communication poor. Furthermore, their responses to our queries were dismissive and unhelpful.

Pardeep Bancil is very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and understanding. She helped myself and my partner with writing mirror wills and made the whole process easy and straightforward. At an initial one to one meeting, Pardeep explained the whole process in an accessible manner and brought to our attention things that we have not thought of. I would not hesitate recommending Austen Jones Solicitors and specifically Paul Allen to friends and family. During the length of the conveyancing process there were discrete moments in which I felt Paul went above and beyond to serve my interests. I would also be considering them for future transactions and property miscellania e.g. general advice and enfranchisement.

I contacted Ian and his team after having a personal injury claim involving a non fault dispute in a public place. He was courteous and professional and very black and white as to the best advice for each step of the process. He was personally very knowledgeable and even took on follow up parts of the process as he felt strongly against some of the comments raised by the other party's insurance. I cannot recommend enough, my case was handled in its entirety through Covid and although a lengthy process from beginning to end, the main source of delay was due to court hearing availability and backlog of cases. Ian was always very transparent as to the costs involved and what may or may not happen dependent on evidence. 5/5
