When our conveyancer told us a grant of probate was needed for my mother to move, there was, obviously, a degree of concern. Chloe led us through the process, overcame the obstacles we gave her (for example, struggling to provide some of the information) and rather than a feared 12 week delay, everything was resolved and probate granted before the land searches were returned!

I was dissapointed by the quote I recieved for writing a will. First of all they quoted me the price without tax, making me calculate the actual price of their services instead of just telling me the total. Then secondly there was no breakdown or statement on what the price was going towards, just a short line in an email with an equation to calculate the price. For a premuim priced service I was expecting more.
Excellent experience at Marc White & co. Mila has been superb - clear communication, friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough. Huge thanks to Mila!

I had to get involved with the confusing world of international property matters recently. Natalia and Marc were great, helping me out when I didn't fully understand things (which was often), being very patient with me changing things when instructions from the foreign solicitor changed/wasn't clear. They were even OK when we noticed we had accidentally signed old versions of the document by mistake, allowing us to sign the correct documents. The notarized documents and apostilled documents are now safely in the hands of the solicitor abroad.
Sent two emails to this firm regarding notary work, no response.
They gave my parents-in-law some advise on LPA's in Spain and charged them a significant amount for this, when we followed up to request action on the LPA advice they have continued to ignore all emails. Even after calling and being told they would get back to us we have heard nothing. We are seeking advice elsewhere.
Really disappointed. I paid thousands of pounds to give them Power of Attorney for the UK and for Spain, then representative in Spain went on maternity leaving matters half done and referring me back to the UK office. UK office is not replying to any messages. I will have to go to the Legal Ombudsman
