Completed all legal work for residential conveyancing. Got the job done but would have benefited from greater transparency of process and schedule. For the simplest of transactions there were extended periods of waiting with unknown schedules, and urgent actions required with little or no notice. At times the estate agent was telling me key information e.g. proposed exchange & completion dates, before this had been discussed with me by Wilkins. I'd recommend Wilkins on the grounds the job was completed satisfactorily.

This was the third time I have dealt with Wilkins and was again, thoroughly satisfied with the service I received.
Adrian Wright was professional and approachable and he explained things clearly and accurately to me. Throughout the process, Adrian kept in regular contact and I felt comfortable contacting him if I had any questions. He responded to emails and messages very quickly.
I would not hesitate to use Wilkins again and I would highly recommend them.

Wilkins started dealing with the sale of my Mother's property in February 2024, my Mother then passed away and they dealt with the Probate. Following completion of Probate they then dealt with the sale of the Property which completed on 20 March 2025.

Adrian walked us through the whole process of selling and buying a house. His diligence and speed are commendable, compared to other solicitors. His approach is effective and conscientious. This is the second time I've worked with him and I will be straight back for a third time when necessary.

Adrian was fantastic with our recent house purchase. He provided great customer service and was always just a phone call away. Our queries were always replied to promptly, and we were always copied in and kept informed on any important correspondence with the sellers’ conveyancers. Very satisfied especially considering this was one of the cheapest quotes we received in the Aylesbury area.
