I can't think of a polite word for scam so.... scam
I used Joseph James T/A myflightdelayed.com It is a 'no win no fee' service I didn't receive any money and they simply gave up pursuing my claim with the airline, however there was a fee which they have had a CCJ issued against me for without my knowledge.
