Poor attention to detail and unable to take responsibility.
You judge a business by how they deal with issues and offer solutions. Rachel Macintye took 40 days to address the issues raised when her business, whilst drafting simple Wills, delivered versions which spelt my husbands names wrong and included non sensical sentences which had my husband leaving assets to himself in the event of his death. No apology, and in her judgement her team did no wrong, and she even suggested this is normal and part of the drafting process. I expected a level of professionalism, humility and competence which was not there. This has been an expensive mistake.
Avoid them, they have several 1 star reviews for a reason.
