Negative service, unprofessional, lack of care and consideration! being paid for admin work is the only thing that matters for them!!
I was recommended to Lorna Carter at Greenwood’s for an adjudication process that Lorna advised was a strong case/strong grounds, straight forward case apparently -cowboy builders built an extension for me that had to be demolished, unfortunately i was passed on to her assistant for most of the work despite paying for Lorna’s service and unfortunately the adjudication went in the other parties favour (apparently extremely rare/almost unheard of especially as I had such a strong case, the layout of the evidence was obviously not good enough and the wrong adjudicator was appointed or not checked properly, Lorna at Greenwood’s has now decided to wash her hands of this, dosent want to help, dosent want to support and apparently it’s now a bad case that I should not pursue so I’m left 70k out of pocket, typical once they have been paid thousands of pounds, shocking service and I will be taking legal action against them where possible, please be careful if you use this firm and ofcourse Lorna Carter and her assistant Jayne in particular as this is extremely unfair and I have been treated negatively because im upset and let down, im traumatised!
