Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service!

We did our wills with Bavani via the National Free Wills network. She was very friendly and walked us through the whole process with clarity and transparency. Didn’t rush us and was quick to provide info and respond to our emails. We are an international couple and her knowledge of international estate planning was excellent. And it’s also nice to see legal experts give their time to charities in this way. As a result, we will be using Bavani’s paid services for other members of our family. We would wholeheartedly recommend Bavani to anyone in need of her services.

About this branch

Description

Whitefield Law is a modern legal practice offering bespoke estate planning services to private individuals. We offer our clients ‘out of the box’ thinking and advice. We stand apart from the run of the mill small legal practices offering bespoke private clients services as we are constantly keeping pace with our client’s needs. We strive to bring in fresh perspectives to the services we provide and go over and above for our clients to ensure client satisfaction. We understand the need for unnecessary legal jargon and our clients will always find us delivering our advice in plain and simple English. Our straightforward approach enables us to provide our clients with clear and concise legal advice. ‘My years of experience in estate planning has highlighted the fact that sensible estate planning should always include a combination of asset preservation, intergenerational transfer of assets and mitigation of inheritance tax. Any planning seeking to exclude one strategy to the benefit of the other will increase the risk of an estate becoming subject to increased inheritance tax or dilution of assets.’ Bavani Naidu is a multi-jurisdictional solicitor having advised on a number of cross border estate planning. She works with a number of international legal and financial firms to ensure that client’s best interests are always met. She has dealt with high net-worth clients and estates in excess of £50million. She is a member of The South African Law Society, The Law Society of Ireland and The Law Society of England & Wales.
