Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Communication

My experience with JG Poole & Co LLP was deeply frustrating from start to finish. What was promised as professional legal support turned into a long, drawn-out ordeal filled with delays, lack of communication, and what seemed like a complete disregard for urgency.
Emails went unanswered for weeks, phone calls were rarely returned, and when I finally did get a response, it often lacked clarity or consistency. There seemed to be a lack of coordination within the team, and I constantly had to repeat myself and follow up to get even the most basic information.
