Very poor communication; does not do what she said that she would do; doesn't meet deadlines; then she stops answering calls, replying to emails, and doesn't get the work done. Money back, please.

Took my money and no work carried out
I have had to report her to the SRA as I paid for an assessment of my case and no assessment was ever provided, no refund either, patronising, rude and lack of communication! Wouldn't recommend completely unprofessional.

Extremely poor service
I instructed this firm for a TOLATA matter. Unfortunately, an important deadline that was confirmed in writing was missed without prior notice or explanation. Despite being told a draft was ready, no work was produced for my review. Communication was difficult, and when I raised these concerns, the solicitor terminated the retainer. A full refund was issued, but the delay has caused unnecessary pressure on my legal case. I would not recommend this firm for time-sensitive or nuanced matters.
