I cannot recommend Emma Watson highly enough. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reassuring, but what really stands out is how kind, understanding and approachable she is. Thank you so much Emma, for your proffessionalism, kindness and support. I have already recommended Emma to someone and they are also extremly happy. I would have no hesitation to continue recommending her.

Emma and her firm were recommended by my family solicitor who had worked with Emma before with very positive feedback. They were spot on...during an initial call Emma provided clearly set out guidance on how to structure and set out our position in writing and the stages of escalation we should cite. This resulted in the landlord owner promptly responding that the hedge works had been reviewed and approved, removing the need for significant costs of action on our part.
Very poor communication; does not do what she said that she would do; doesn't meet deadlines; then she stops answering calls, replying to emails, and doesn't get the work done. Money back, please.
I have had to report her to the SRA as I paid for an assessment of my case and no assessment was ever provided, no refund either, patronising, rude and lack of communication! Wouldn't recommend completely unprofessional.
