We have been letting properties for almost 90 years and had always managed evictions in house. We started to use Simon J Vollans and Co in 2023 as the process was becoming increasingly difficult and I wish that we had started sooner. Mr Vollans is not even remotely local to us being based almost 200 miles away but we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Smooth process and excellent communication from start to finish.A tenant did not pay rent for a year and refused to move.Thankfully Simon and his team understood the problem and were extremely helpful in finally removing the tenant and guiding us through the legal issues
