Cordelia and Thomas were the perfect team when it came to our recent house sale / purchase. I had the unfortunate experience of using Beyond conveyancing for the sale of my property, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before entrusting such an important transaction to this utterly incompetent company. The level of service provided by them was shockingly poor. The delays in the conveyancing process were not only frustrating but resulted in a fallen through property sale after seven months of turmoil. Three conveyancers took turns in exercising their lack of professionalism and incompetent. (1) It took Jessica three weeks in average to reply to an email. She vanished for two months in May & June 2023 without forwarding important info to the buyers, leaving the sale in a standstill. (2) David took over in July and committed to a deadline stressed by buyers and myself. He kept assuring all outstanding queries were sorted and necessary documents were in place in one-liner emails, until being pushed back by buyers' solicitor for missing documents in the very last minute. (3) 3rd conveyancer Emma took over two months after buyers had walked away. She pretended to do customer care by asking if I still wanted to sell it, as if nothing had happened. Overall I am appalled by the disregard they have shown for their clients. Communication with their staff has been a constant source of frustration. Emails go unanswered for weeks, and attempting to reach them by phone is an exercise in futility. I raised a complaint to a designated email. Their reply was almost automated "doing everything they can to.." Never heard back from them again after the sale fell through. It became evident that Beyond conveyancing lack the necessary attitude and skills for such a critical service. My interaction with Beyond conveyancing has been a regrettable and costly mistake. I hope that no one else has to endure the stress and disappointment that comes with dealing with them. I urge prospective users to explore alternative conveyancers to avoid the countless headaches and setbacks. Save yourself the stress, time, and financial loss by seeking out a more competent and reliable conveyancing company!
Excellent services. They advised me on the technical content of the documents and their financial implications . They arranged and handled all of the documents involved as a matter of urgency and I will always recommend their services. Buying my first house was made easy by their assistance.

Recommended by Reeds Rains estate agents so I used them to keep the sale of my house as simple as possible. It all started fine and then I had an awful time getting any response from my conveyancer Jessica, I ended up calling every other day, leaving voicemails, emailing and would get a call back after a few weeks if any. It seemed they didn't call the buyers solicitors and relied on emails which got missed so that delayed the sale. It was only when the original conveyancer went on holiday, and then was off sick did anything seem to get done. David was the only person to answer emails and respond to voicemail and actually let me know what was going on. He is the reason I am leaving two stars.

Avoid Paul Reay - projects to be fighting for fathers but sits firmly between the parents manipulating outcomes that deviate from the application and although I achieved the outcome set out in my application I can tell you as good as the company may be or as good as his legal knowledge is he/the company (in my 3k for one day paid for opinion) create an outcome rather than represent the client. There are layers here bit DONT waste your time all companies have good and bad, find a company with good core values DONT use these! Or too the dice im site they offer good quality, i was convinced. Good luck. Oooh amd they tried changing the price after an agreed fixed price of 3k which I have emails to support. Merry Christmas and good luck to fathers fighting 🫶

In my opinion the worst solicitors I have ever come across So what have they done before you invest a large amount of your hard earned money with these. Well they’ve done a few things but the worst of the lot they have caused a great deal of distress to an 85-year-old lady who suffers with not only arthritis but angina among many other problems. Which left you having to have an emergency doctor out and a trip to hospital courtesy of the ambulance service. Yes, that’s your taxpayers money there causing to be spent instead of doing things sensibly And how have they done this while they sent a large A4 window envelope supposedly to her property but they had only part of the address and as the building is occupied by quite a few elderly people? around about 60 and it just had the buildings name on it not a property number and despite them protesting they had marked the envelope strictly private and confidential they hadn’t so confidential documents were read by many people, including my daughter On top of which one of their solicitors who is aware of a potential contempt of court and has a duty of care to report this to the court like any solicitor who is aware of something that may broken any law but this solicitor decided to do nothing about it so there’s a complaint on its way to the law society. I’d personally only use these people if you were absolutely desperate and it’s the only solicitors left. Just my opinion, I can’t wait to see what they reply to this. Because I like any business, they won’t like a bad review, but if they didn’t do things wrong in the first place, they wouldn’t get one
