Exceptional service from Kuleel

Post January 2025, my partner and myself had given up hope of beating the 31 March stamp duty deadline. However in stepped Kuleel. From day one he expressed certainty that he could get the deal over the line, and worked non-stop - chasing up the vendor solicitors and keeping us active in pushing for mortgage documentation.
His reviews of documentation received were thorough and exceptionally quick, and he was able to simplify various issues we faced in the process, calming us down and letting us make commercial decisions rather than emotional ones.
This really felt like the best service we could have received and we could would give the highest recommendations for his services . We saved £10k thanks to his hard work and we will forever be grateful.

Buying and/or selling would highly recommend

I wanted to share my experience using Betesh Middleton Law for buying and selling. Saadia Faiz Solicitor who I was working with. She was just simply amazing. Excellent work from start to finish. Explained everything, answered all my questions, kept me calm throughout this stressful process. Worked extremely hard and complicated everything in two months. Highly recommend using Saadia. I was recommended Mr Kuleel Ahmed by a family member and i am delighted with the exceptional service given throughout the process.

I would like to thank Kuleel for the brilliant work he has done on behalf of my neice Karen Jarvis, Kuleel was appointed due to issues with other solicitors after the loss of Karen's partner, he dealt with the probate and further issues regarding selling of properties and mortgage settlements and all within a great time line.
