Post January 2025, my partner and myself had given up hope of beating the 31 March stamp duty deadline. However in stepped Kuleel. From day one he expressed certainty that he could get the deal over the line, and worked non-stop - chasing up the vendor solicitors and keeping us active in pushing for mortgage documentation. His reviews of documentation received were thorough and exceptionally quick, and he was able to simplify various issues we faced in the process, calming us down and letting us make commercial decisions rather than emotional ones. This really felt like the best service we could have received and we could would give the highest recommendations for his services . We saved £10k thanks to his hard work and we will forever be grateful.
