Exceeded expectations

I can't speak highly enough of Clive and Alison at Minahan Hirst vis-a-vis their handling of the conveyancing etc for our recent (June 25) relocation from Cheadle Hulme to Lytham. They are friendly and ultra competent - so efficient - problems thrown their way are dealt with fast and reassuringly so. We were kept informed promptly every step of the way. All of our queries were answered in the shortest possible timeframe. Obviously, answers to some queries aren't instantly available, but in our case Clive and Alison were onto things fast. I would not hesitate to recommend Minahan Hirst to anyone looking for conveyancing legal services. Very reasonable fees as well - superb value for money.

I really don't like this company. My elderly mother has used them for a few years and when my father died they had the documents for the will etc.

They offered us there service for to get probate at £800.00 explaining it was a minefield and lots of paperwork. It actually cost me nothing apart from any standard nominal fees and took 10 minutes online.

The same thing happened again for getting my mothers power of attorney,

They had an office junior call me and tell me it would take 10 forms to fill in and they would charge £600.

Actually took me 10 minutes to fill one form in online.

Absolute scar mongering idiots.
