      Ridiculous

      Its been a year now on my claim. First of all they took over my case even without a consent . Secondly there response at all times have been very rude and poor servive infact they wount respond for months. I have asked them to take my case off to pass it to different firm and they wont do soo it left me with no benefits. Now they have changed their name and when asked for further update it seem still on it. May I know how long is your service for a simple claim a year or two or five.

Upon review we cannot see your request to move your claim to an alternative firm. An average claim can take 12-18 months to settle. I note we are at the final stages of your claim.       Car accident claim

      There are no words to explain how awful the service is here. 3 yrs on for a car accident claim. They accepted our claim without asking. Took almost three yrs. No communication, never spoken to the actual person supposed to be dealing with the claim. Now they've apparently sent a check out.

      I have been treated so badly by this firm. I reply within seconds, but do not receive a response for weeks, over a month at points. They valued my claim wrong in the first instance, and left out the main part. When corrected they took over a month to respond, and acted as if it never happened 'revaluing my claim'. I have found them really rude when I have called up and been told to just give them time, this has been ongoing since october and it is now march... the claim hasn't even been submitted yet due to no fault of my own, I reply instantly every time. Its really a very straightforward case, theyve had my medical report since the start of December and the other party has admitted fault. The ladies in the office were really not nice at all, and when I was put through to Isaac himself he was just as rude. I am paying 35% of my claim to this company and had absolutely no client care. I will be looking into how to take it further because I have felt completely neglected throughout this case. To miss out a huge part of my claim is complete neglect. I am glad I didn't blindly trust and accept the first valuation.

      I contacted Proximo to handle my case in October/November 2021 and they did their best for me, though, it took quite a while for the case to end. Overall, they did a very satisfactory job and l have recommended a lady-friend of mine who had an accident on the bus to them and they are handling her case too.
