Generally very good service

After a slightly slow start, we found the communications were generally excellent and the electronic signing process very efficient. We were particularly grateful for James' speedy and reassuring responses, and Edwina's attention at a couple of tricky points. Good and easy to deal throughout. I would use them again.

And you need them yesterday. We learned from more than 30,000 transactions. SAVE TIME Conveyancing can take around four months to complete. We average half that. BETTER SERVICE We’re not different to your current lawyer. The price is the same. It’s just the service that’s in another world. NO BOTTLENECKS We act for both sides of the sale. We need a Chinese wall to ensure fair play, but it puts us in control of how fast things happen. The answer: Very fast.
