Paul Waters - Fantastic Solicitor & team

I had a difficult and complex case regarding my youngest daughter, who resided with their mother and a lackluster social worker that couldn't find their way out of a supermarket without guidance.

Paul and his team were friendly, approachable, caring and experts in their field.

Thanks to their diligence and support, we were able to gain full custody of my daughter and save her from a truly awful fate.

I cannot thank Paul Waters enough - or his team - for their patience, caring, professionalism or dillegence afforded to me and my family in my case.

I would strongly advise that you seek representation from this company, in particular Paul Waters.

Thank you very much, Paul. My gratitude is immeasurable.

Terrible

Maria Taylor is very unprofessional .after many hearings she delays by brothers access to his child by stating she needs a interpreter even though his english us better than the ex partner shr is defending .clearly a delay tactic . Terrible to use a childs access to his face in this way for extra money. Other reviews of this firm are even worse AVOID

Abusive and threatening staff member

I would not associate myself or give my business to this company..my daughter was recently abused and threatened by a staff member for driving into their car park..she didn't get a chance to park as the receptionist came out and threatened her..she has also threatened to slash car tyres!! On contacting Andrew Ayres he replied and completely disregarded his staff members threatening and abusive behaviour.. I think the reviews tell a true story of this disgusting firm.. I have taken police advice on this matter..avoid..avoid..avoid !! I can assure you this is not a fake review and we have witnesses to this disgusting behaviour!!

Lost a year of my life and the life of my family because of their incompetence

This is a company that preys on the legal illiterate as I was myself a year ago. after being with waters for such a long time iv realised they are king of excuses and it dawned on me I was just a football in some game he was playing and he did not care about wining cases or being in court or telling me what bad deals he had made without my consent.. I am furious and nearly lost my case. I had to get another lawyer involved at the advice of police social services local council any one and all who knew anything about law told me TO RUN AWAY
