From first contact with Mandy & Janet they were helpful, and the service continued to be so when Jodie dealt with the sale for us. She was efficient, responsive, patient and understanding. Because of circumstances surrounding the sale i had at times dealt with Louise who also had the same qualities. Would definitely recommend BJ Mckenna.

Jodie helped with our house move. She was so responsive and guided us expertly through the process. For someone who hadn’t been through this process, Jodie made it very clear, simple and never overwhelming. Jodie made the whole house move a very smooth transaction and always delivered and what she said she would. We were always kept in the know and felt very aware of everything that was happening. Used Jodie Walsh at McKenna and Co to complete a very complex conveyancing transaction. Jodie is highly knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Emails sent were dealt with promptly and always right first time. They are also competitively priced. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

I recently wrote a review on my house sale about the amazing experience I had with Jodie & Janet. (Had to create a new account to write this review as I couldn’t not write it!!) And I never thought the experience would get any better. But guess what? It has!!!! Me and my partner put an offer on a house and it was accepted on the 25th Jan.. We have now collected our keys on 27th Feb… it took only 1 month from offer acceptance to keys in our hand & we are extremely grateful that we had Jodie as our solicitor. All my friends / family & other people included in this sale were shocked with how fast this process has gone. Obviously not all house purchases / sales are as quick as this as other complications can arise during the process, but either way - I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using this company - especially Jodie as she knows exactly what she’s doing. I am very satisfied with my house sale. Jodie & Janet had been very helpful right from the get go. They have been very very efficient, I honestly couldn’t say how happy I am with the service they have provided us. We had a very difficult time with our buyers solicitor. The buyer was a cash buyer & as you can imagine you’d have thought the process would have been quick! But their solicitor delayed the sale process for 7 months!! Jodie had been onto them day in-day out consistently pestering them for an update throughout the whole process & she had always managed to update me each time she had made an attempt to contact their solicitor. Once we got to the end of the process, she did the exchange of contracts and transfer within a few hours. - ringing me to update me on what’s happening. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we got from her, as she was constantly on the ball each step of the way. I would 1000000% recommend her and this company 10 x over. I will DEFINITELY be using these again for the purchase of my next house. Thanks again for making this whole process bearable!
