Jodie was absolutely amazing with our complicated leasehold sale. She was so communicative with us and all the other solicitors. We (sellers and buyer) all agree that she was basically doing the job of the buyer's solicitors as well. So professional, responsive, friendly, personable...there is nothing I would not do if Jodie told me it needed doing. If only we could clone her and replace every other solicitor with Jodie.

Every step of our journey buying our next house jodue has been so so helpful with filling in forms and getting everything done that we have needed. She explained everything to us in a simple term to help us understand more. We had constant updated on the progress and phonecall after phonecall with what we needed to do and telling us the progress on our house! She is so upbeat and the slow and aggravting times she makes so calm and happy for us! Wouldnt think of a better solicitor to help us buying and selling our house! Will happily use again and again!

Really please with the advice and support I got from Jodie and Janet in purchasing our house. Jodie was both professional and knowledgeable; she responded quickly to any of my enquiries and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently wrote a review on my house sale about the amazing experience I had with Jodie & Janet. (Had to create a new account to write this review as I couldn’t not write it!!) And I never thought the experience would get any better. But guess what? It has!!!! Me and my partner put an offer on a house and it was accepted on the 25th Jan.. We have now collected our keys on 27th Feb… it took only 1 month from offer acceptance to keys in our hand & we are extremely grateful that we had Jodie as our solicitor. All my friends / family & other people included in this sale were shocked with how fast this process has gone. Obviously not all house purchases / sales are as quick as this as other complications can arise during the process, but either way - I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using this company - especially Jodie as she knows exactly what she’s doing. I am very satisfied with my house sale. Jodie & Janet had been very helpful right from the get go. They have been very very efficient, I honestly couldn’t say how happy I am with the service they have provided us. We had a very difficult time with our buyers solicitor. The buyer was a cash buyer & as you can imagine you’d have thought the process would have been quick! But their solicitor delayed the sale process for 7 months!! Jodie had been onto them day in-day out consistently pestering them for an update throughout the whole process & she had always managed to update me each time she had made an attempt to contact their solicitor. Once we got to the end of the process, she did the exchange of contracts and transfer within a few hours. - ringing me to update me on what’s happening. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we got from her, as she was constantly on the ball each step of the way. I would 1000000% recommend her and this company 10 x over. I will DEFINITELY be using these again for the purchase of my next house. Thanks again for making this whole process bearable!
