Hart Ford dealt with the sale of my flat and the purchase of my house. the sale was complicated by it being (long) leasehold, which now adds a whole extra layer of work, and by the complete ineptitude of the purchasers' solicitors. there were many other hurdled to be overcome as one expects. they were fantastic throughout. professional, straightforward to deal with, available and very reasonably priced. it is a very well managed business but with a friendly, layperson friendly staff. i would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again myself. they were recommended to me by friends who've used them several times.
