Well I say three months but it was actually under! This was from our house being advertised on the market to selling and stepping foot in our new home. Less than 3 months! Everyone kept saying to me ... Wow this has happened quick! It has and I'm giving full credit to the wonderful work of frodshams, in particular India! India has been with us from the very beginning and communication and support throughout any challenges that came up were exceptional. She explained things so we understood, she explained any risks or concerns and she also very fairly managed our expectations. Did I think we would get this done in this time.... No way! And at some points there were concerns that other parties may not. India took it upon herself to link in with all people in the chain to keep things moving, even on the day of the move she was calling to ensure all monies had transferred and we would get into the new property asap! She's considered us and our young family throughout all of this. Duringal a rather stressful and busy period, she was a calm steady head whom helped to keep me straight too. She felt in these moments that not only was she my solicitor but she became a friend I could talk to and sound things out regarding the move. I couldn't recommend frodshams or India anymore. I'll be forever grateful that she helped us start our new chapter in our beautiful home. Although I don't plan to move again anytime soon, I will still be purchasing property through our other business and will continuing to use frodshams for all dealings in this space. This is a true best in class service. Thank you so much!

Bought a flat in late April, hired Frodsham's in early May 2025 as a conveyancer. Completion was in August 2026, a 16 months process. Multiple issues from Frodsham's own doing, such as not having the right insurance (I'm sure there are many more), a complete inability to communicate correctly with the sellers' conveyancer, and actually seemingly unable to communicate with their client. Over the 456 days process (that's the actual number), I expect I would've had well over a combined 100 emails and calls which remain unanswered. I think within the first 12 months of the process I was able to speak directly to my assigned conveyancer a total of 4 times. I seemingly forgot to leave this fully justified review until today I was reminded once more of their incompetence, where despite paying my dues well over a month ago to register to my property's management company, they have not forwarded this payment on. I await one last excuse with another implausible story (the words "sorry" and "we missed this" do not exist in their lexicon, there's always someone or something else to blame. My guess is they didn't want to admit any guilt considering the possibility this would go to the ombudsman if the transaction fell through) from them before finally being able to never have to interact with them again.
