We hadvery good service from the team in Liverpool lead by Rebecca. Always happy to help even with the smallest query or detail. It has been an issue dealing with a very reluctant council but the team kept going and we finally got a settlement. Not quite the amount we expected but after so long trying to get the work done, we accepted it. Thanks again to the whole team
This company are parasites, they will say they acted on your behalf when they did absolutely nothing. Avoid at all costs

if you have a claim going through be aware they have taken out a policy of insurance without your knowledge that you will have to pay at the end of your claim £295 for something on there own website they claim costs £100 to £150 they call it a after the event policy ,even if you know the other driver as admitted full liability they will buy a insurance even though its not needed ,you will assume what hey offer you less 25% is what your amount of compensation will be ,not true you will be charged another £295.00 for something they told you nothing about ,absolutely scandalous if i were you i would steer well clear of these shysters
