Lack of communication trough the process not only with me as a customer but also with the other solicitors from the chain. Completion delayed as the solicitor didn't prepare all required documentation. No apologies or explanation. The solicitor just finished the work and left. I had to cover additional cost of storage of my belongings with the removal company and extra cost for additional day.
